What we collect
When you book a Sales Clarity Call or complete a form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
When we work with you or talk to you: emails, call notes, meeting records and the business information you share with us.
When we contact you about our services: business contact details (name, job title, company, work email, phone, LinkedIn profile) that we obtain from you, from business directories, or from professional networks such as LinkedIn.
When you use this website: technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use it, and our lawful basis

We send marketing emails to business email addresses only, and every email includes a way to opt out. If you are a sole trader or partnership, we will only email you about our services with your consent or where you are an existing contact.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
HighLevel (LeadConnector), for our CRM, website, forms, booking calendar and email/SMS
[Video call provider, e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet]
[Email and calendar provider, e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365]
Our accountants and professional advisers, where needed
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of our providers, including HighLevel, are based in or store data in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and prospects who don't become clients: up to [24] months after our last contact, then deleted.
Clients: for the length of our engagement and up to 6 years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Marketing opt-outs: we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to how we use it (including for marketing), or to transfer it to you or someone else. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
